The body is not separate of the mind and it should not be treated as such in healing.
I use many specialized techniques besides talk-therapy to incorporate a full healing experience and help achieve and maintain a high level of health and wellness.
Some of the modalities that I use include Hypnosis, mindfulness meditation, EMDR, FSAP, among others.
I have included a brief description of some below.
Holistic Health is a form of healing that considers the whole person—body, mind, and emotions—in the quest for the best and optimal health from all aspects.
